Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Smartautosys course seats and cohort fees arranged after an offline enrollment confirmation. This website does not collect payments; refunds relate to fees paid through the method stated on your invoice.

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than two paid modules and have not attended a live lab. After that window, eligibility shifts to partial refunds or credit as described below.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 14 days for full consideration, or within 30 days of cohort start for partial consideration. Requests after 30 days are reviewed only for documented service failure on our side.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds may equal tuition minus a materials fee of 15% and the pro-rata value of live sessions already delivered. Audit Desk custom cohorts follow the schedule written into the cohort agreement, which prevails if it differs.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), completed private consulting hours, and downloadable template packs marked as final delivery on the invoice are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@smartautosys.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for verification of module access.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Smartautosys

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated organizational travel may qualify for transfer credit even after the standard window. Transfers are valid for 12 months.
